Q: Why am I being charged an inspection fee?

A: The inspection fee covers the technicians time and labor involved in disassembling and diagnosing your item.


Q: I declined repair to my item. Why was it not reassembled?

A: When repair is declined we do not reassemble the item to minimize risk of harm or further damage from an unresolved issue. Our liability insurance does not permit reassembly as it could conceal defects that may lead to safety hazards or equiptment failure


Q: How do I know if my powertool is covered under warranty?

A: If you email us a picture of the name plate with the Model Number and Serial Number we will be able to research and find out if your tool is covered.


Q: What do I need to bring with me when dropping off a product that is under warranty?

A: When you bring in your powertool for repair under warranty bring a fully charged battery, your reciept for the purchase of the item and all parts of the tool,( i.e., bits that go to a jackhammer.)
